Delete your Spenzaa account

This page lets you permanently delete your account for the Spenzaa — AI Expense Tracker app (including SpenzaBook), along with all data associated with it. We're sorry to see you go — and we won't make it hard.

⚡ Fastest way: delete inside the app (instant)

If you can still log in, this deletes your account immediately — no waiting, no email:

  1. Open the Spenzaa app
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm

What gets permanently deleted

  • Your account, profile and login credentials
  • All expenses, budgets, categories and AI insights history
  • All SpenzaBook ledgers — customers, suppliers, entries and balances
  • All bill photos, receipts and attachments
  • Notification preferences and app settings

Deletion is completed within 30 days; residual encrypted backups are purged in the same window, as described in our Privacy Policy. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered — by you or by us.

Why are you leaving? (optional — it helps us improve)

Changed your mind? Just close this page — nothing is deleted until you confirm the SMS code.

Want to keep your account but clear data? In the app you can delete individual expenses, ledgers or attachments, or wipe all data without closing the account: Settings → Account → Clear My Data.

Have an active Pro subscription? Deleting your account does not cancel app-store billing — cancel in your Google Play subscription settings first, or you may keep being charged.
